Past performance of any strategy, Agent, or signal does not guarantee future results. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. Strategy track records displayed on the platform reflect historical performance under specific market conditions and may not be replicated. We make no warranty, express or implied, that use of the Service will be profitable or will meet your investment objectives.
When you enable strategy mirroring ("auto-trading"), the Service submits trade orders to your personally connected brokerage account using API credentials you provide. You acknowledge and agree that:
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade options in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You represent that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical failures. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Signals and alerts may be delayed due to network or system conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trader Daddy Pro LLC, the operator of onlybotz.pro, and its officers, members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trades, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in the State of Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
