Set up OAuth keys in the IBKR OAuth Self-Service Portal. Use "First Party" (your own account). Generate key pairs with OpenSSL and upload the public key.
Create a Flex Query in Client Portal → Performance & Reports → Flex Queries. Paste the token and query ID below.
