• Account information: Your email address and a hashed password when you register.
• Brokerage credentials: API keys and account identifiers for your connected broker (e.g., Tradier, Interactive Brokers). These are stored encrypted at rest and are never transmitted to third parties other than the respective broker's API endpoints to execute your trades.
• Trade and activity history: Order records, fill details, and position snapshots synced from your connected brokerage for the purpose of computing performance metrics and displaying your dashboard.
• Strategy subscription preferences: Which Agents you have enabled, paper vs. live mode selection, and per-strategy configuration you set.
• Usage and log data: Server-side request logs (IP address, page visited, timestamp) retained for security and debugging. Client-side error logs may be collected for platform stability purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate your account and secure your session.
• To route trade signals to your connected brokerage on your behalf when you enable auto-trading.
• To compute and display performance track records for you and for anonymized aggregate marketplace statistics.
• To communicate important service updates, security notices, or legal changes.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the platform.

3. Data We Do Not Collect or Share

• We do not collect payment card numbers or banking credentials (billing, if applicable, is handled by a third-party payment processor under their own privacy policy).
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or third-party marketers.
• We do not share individual trade data or account details with other users of the platform.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on a cloud provider (Supabase). Brokerage API credentials are encrypted before storage using industry-standard encryption. We apply access controls, and access to production data is limited to authorized personnel. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trade and activity history is retained to support performance analytics. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You may update your email address from your profile settings.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by emailing traderdaddypro@gmail.com.
• Disconnection: You may disconnect your brokerage at any time from your profile settings, which removes stored credentials from the platform.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Tradier / Interactive Brokers: To execute trades on your behalf using your credentials. Subject to their own privacy policies.
• Market data providers: For real-time and historical options data.
• Cloud infrastructure: For hosting and database services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service uses browser localStorage to store your authentication token for session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
